You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

How to return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-returnable items
